We formulate and manufacture our products in our own laboratory, respecting the strictest standards of quality, safety and effectiveness while exercising the greatest respect for the environment and the communities we serve.
Ingredients of the highest quality and safety
Our formulas contain in average up to 90% ingredients of natural origin. Our texture agents are mostly sourced from sustainably managed biomass (RSPO-certified; COSMOS- or Ecocert-certified ingredients). Our emulsifiers are well-tolerated by the skin and have natural origins from sustainably managed biomass (RSPO-certified). We select the most effective components available, taking care to choose natural ingredients of sustainable origin whenever possible. In line with our commitment towards a more responsible beauty and our strict quality criteria from start to finish, our products are free from volatile alcohol, silicone, paraben, microplastic, methylisothiazolinone and artificial colouring.
Production with minimum impact on environment
We are Swiss made with our own manufacturing facilities where we maintain complete control of quality chain, from the conception and production to the packaging and shipping.
Our current certifications are ISO 9001 Quality Management, ISO 22716 Cosmetics – Fabrication Best Practice and ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems. We are a SWISSCOS Member, the Swiss-made guarantee for skincare.
Our eco-designed facilities leverage photovoltaic and geothermal technologies to maximise energy efficiency. In compliance with Swiss legal limits and the 2015 Paris Agreement, our CO2 emissions are carefully controlled. Additionally, advanced systems protect air and water quality through particle filtration down to 2 microns, a purified water system, and a recovery tank.
Sustainable packaging for efficient products
Our packaging is designed to preserve the quality and efficiency of our skincare products, using recycled material produced in a sustainable manner whenever possible. Our external packaging is recyclable and adjusted to minimize empty spaces. Our suppliers are locally-based and selected based on their certification related to quality and respect for the environment.
We plan to achieve the following objectives: ensure that more than 80% of our packaging is sustainable by 2025 and 100% by 2027, develop packaging mostly biosourced or from postconsumer recycled, reduce plastic and increasing easily recyclable materials for the primary packaging, and target a 100% use of recycled paper by 2025.
